Welcome to Quinde Flowers. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

🛍️ Orders All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if we are unable to fulfill it due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified immediately if this occurs.

💳 Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

📦 Shipping & Delivery All orders are shipped via DHL to all 50 U.S. states within 7 business days. For holiday orders, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 15 days in advance. Quinde Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched.

🌹 Product Quality Our roses are sourced directly from Ecuador and handled with the utmost care. Natural variations in color, size, and bloom stage are part of the beauty of fresh flowers and are not considered defects.

📞 Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including a valid phone number and complete address. Quinde Flowers is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
