At Quinde Flowers, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in delivering the freshest premium Ecuadorian roses straight to your door.

🌹 Our Quality Guarantee If your roses arrive in poor condition — wilted, damaged, or not fresh — we will replace your order or issue a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • ✅ A photo of the roses
  • ✅ Your order number

📦 Shipping Damage Our roses are carefully packaged to withstand transit. However, if the delivery box shows visible signs of impact or mishandling by the carrier, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for that damage, as it falls outside of our control once the package is in DHL's hands.

We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and filing a claim directly with DHL if the box appears severely damaged.
